By using DataIsland Software LLC products and services, you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure a safe, predictable, and privacy‑respecting experience for all users.

Use of Applications

DataIsland applications are provided "as‑is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content produced by DataIsland Software LLC is protected by copyright and may not be redistributed, modified, or resold without permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our applications, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the normal operation of our services or infrastructure.

Voice Cloning and Consent (Talent)

Talent, part of the PolySpeak suite, lets you train an AI voice model from a recording of a voice. You are solely responsible for obtaining the consent of anyone whose voice you record and use to train a model — or for using only your own voice. Talent includes an in-app consent-attestation step at training time, but this attestation records your affirmation only; DataIsland does not verify, and has no way to verify, real-world consent from the person whose voice was recorded.

Using voice-cloning technology to impersonate, deceive, defame, or otherwise misrepresent a real person without their consent is a violation of these terms. It may also violate applicable law. The law governing voice likeness and the right of publicity is genuinely unsettled and varies by jurisdiction, so we make no representation as to what is or is not lawful where you live or work. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you before recording, training, or distributing a cloned voice.

Limitation of Liability

DataIsland Software LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our applications, including data loss or service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
